Dafür Würde Ich (Glatt) Jemanden Töten

12:55to be jonesing for sth. 12:13Reopened! I’m jonesing for it. Ich würde dafür sterben. 12:12I’m jonesing for it. Dafür würde ich (glatt) jemanden töten. This list shows the most active German-English contributors. If you want your name and link to appear here, please read the introduction, sign up and add or review translations, inflections or audio recordings. Your user name, linked to your profile page, will appear here one minute after you reach position 10 or better. The smaller language pairs still lack participants, so the scores are still low there. This is the main difference from other translation services — every user is encouraged to contribute to the English-German dictionary by adding and/or verifying translation suggestions. The resulting vocabulary database can be downloaded and used for free. Besides browsing the dictionary or searching for German-English translations you can also ask and answer questions related to the German or English language using the translation forum. To improve your language skills try the vocabulary trainer.

Disclaimer: The correctness of the translations cannot be guaranteed (nobody is perfect), but all input will be checked carefully. As of today there’s a new variant of the Hall of Fame, intended for comparing the development of dict.cc’s language pairs. You can see not only how many entries there are, but also how many reviews/corrections (votes) were required. For example, over 3.3 million manual reviews and corrections have already been performed for the German-English vocabulary, and over 2 million reviews of German and English voice recordings have taken place so far. I think that’s a tremendous amount of work, thanks to our amazing contributors! The «Last 7 Days» view allows contributors to see which language pairs and which areas are currently experiencing a lot or only little activity. Depending on their interest, they can participate in the lively section or breathe new life into other areas. The third view, called «Pending Entries» lists new additions (freshly added unverified entries) and wish list postings, so it indicates which areas and languages most urgently need support at the moment.

2025-03-15: Italian-English has reached 30,000 translations! Congratulations to the contributors, who did a great job pushing things forward lately! 2025-02-13: Ukrainian-German has reached 30,000 translations! Thanks to the amazing work of tbunyk and many others we now have a solid Ukrainian-German dictionary and I hope it will continue to grow and get even bigger and better! Having reached this milestone it’s time to also release Ukrainian-English! I’ve been working on it for a while already to have a good foundation for further build-up work, using the recently improved «missing entries» tool to generate suggestions by combining DE/UK and DE/EN translations. If you want to help, we’re looking forward to your contributions! 2024-12-27: English-French reaches 200,000 translations! This is due to an amazingly well-attuned and dedicated team, lead by contributor Puchenau with a record number of translations posted. Congratulations to this outstanding achievement! Contains translations by TU Chemnitz and Mr Honey’s Business Dictionary (German-English). Links to this dictionary or to single translations are very welcome!
