Ook is het mogelijk dat een doktersassistente in opleiding bij ons aanwezig is. U wordt gezien door een enthousiast team en samen voeren we de huisartsenzorg in de volle breedte uit. We streven naar twee vaste gezichten voor u. Huisarts Groot zal met name op de achtergrond werkzaam zijn in de praktijk. Onze doktersassistenten staan u als eerste te woord wanneer u met de praktijk contact opneemt. Ze maken afspraken voor het spreekuur en de huisbezoeken. Zij weten het antwoord op veel praktische vragen, bijvoorbeeld over verwijzingen en recepten. Om die reden zal de doktersassistent(e) u soms ook naar extra en soms vertrouwelijke informatie vragen. Belangrijk is om te weten dat iedereen in de praktijk, dus ook de doktersassistenten, zich moeten houden aan het medisch beroepsgeheim. U kunt onze doktersassistenten ook bellen voor uitslagen van urine- of bloedonderzoek. Kleine dagelijkse kwalen zoals keelpijn, oorpijn etc. De assistenten hebben hiervoor dagelijks spreekuur. If there are similar files in different folders, the sorting «by type» can provide better compression ratio in some cases. Note that sorting «by type» has some drawbacks. For example, NTFS volumes use sorting order «by name», so if an archive uses another sorting, then the speed of some operations for files with unusual order can fall on HDD devices (HDDs have low speed for «seek» operations). Increase dictionary size. It can help when ‘qs’ is not used. Specify ‘qs’ in Parameters field (or use -mqs switch for command line version). If you think that unusual file order is not problem for you, and if better compression ratio with small dictionary is more important for you, use ‘qs’ mode. Why can’t 7-Zip open some ZIP archives?
